These fees are calculated on the basis of the net selling price and are payable by the seller or the purchaser according to the mandate.

Our fees are immediately payable on the day the sale is effectively concluded and recorded in a single written deed containing the commitment of the parties. The buyer is liable for the agency fees, unless otherwise provided for in the mandate.
